Without knowing exactly which holster you are using, your issue may lie in the tie-down strap or the weight distribution on your shoulders.

Some how the weapon rotates to the rear even though the holster does have tie down strap to my belt.
Can you tell me how to adjust the rig to eliminate this issue?
