The Bisley is more authentic than Ruger's and less expensive.

There is a safe hammer system (of sorts) on some offerings (the hammer attached firing pin won’t lock forward unless the hammer's at full cock), but you’re safer with all these Coltish clones to carry only 5 live rounds.

Load one
Skip one
Load four
PULL HAMMER TO FULL COCK, release carefully. This method avoids the cylinder lock scrape line around the back of the cylinder. Don’t lower the hammer from 1/2 cock after loading the last round.

The Cowboy/Girl Mounted Shooter (CMS) series are particularly nice. Lower hammer than the typical gunfighter hammer spur (still taller than a Bisley hammer spur), numbered cylinder bores, the 3.5” may have a little more trouble pushing out the empties as the ejector rod is shorter.

They all make the true 4 C O L T ratchet snaps upon pulling back the hammer.

If you’ve gotta carry 6, buy the Ruger. If not, look at the Italian’s offerings.
