It is everything all the reviews say, including the difficulty in actually purchasing one. I live in the metro Houston area and there are still none locally. The wait is definitely worth it. People say that Kel-Tec weapons are unreliable, but I have not had that issue. I have over 1000 rounds through each a sub 2000 9mm glock and a PLR-22. Those plus the 400 rounds through the CP 33 and have not had any issues at all. I have nothing but good experiences with their firearms.
