I purchased an ATI Titan at a gun show on a Saturday, on Sunday I loaded it and tried it out. Terrible, several issues, tried multiple magazines, ammo brands and bullet styles. None of these things helped. Sunday evening I emailed ATI. When I got home from work Monday evening I checked email and had a reply, they wanted to know what magazines and what ammo I had tried. I replied with my answers. When I got home from work Tuesday evening I checked email again, their response was that they were satisfied with what I had done and that if I wanted them to do it, they would send me a shipping box for me to send pistol to them and they would repair or replace. Within 2 days I received the box, sent pistol to them. Within 10 days of sending the pistol to them I received it back with a full explanation of what they had done to it. I then tried several different magazines, multiple brands of ammo and bullet styles. It functioned perfectly then and still does today after lots of usage. What else could you ask for, anything can have a flaw, their customer service is top of the line. I haven’t had customer service from any other firearm manufacturer I have ever used and I have used a good many of them. Bottom line, there was a problem with it, they stood behind it, solved the problem without any BS, what else could you ask for?

I purchased a ATI Nomad single barrel .410 gauge shotgun through Dunham's sports. Dunham's has no returns. The store clerk brought a new one from the back room, new in the box. When I got home I noticed the action would not break open. The head of the trigger guard screw was too large and tilted inward toward the trigger guard. Pulling the trigger guard backward to release the barrel was impossible. I contacted ATI immediately. No reply. When I finally had a chance to shoot this gun, after repairing the stripped screw affair with a smaller head screw and redoing the threads, I noticed a wobble because the barrel hinge was not tight enough. And then? Now comes the trigger pull...what a piece of junk! Ya ya! I know! I only paid $75 bucks! And, as the old saying goes: "You get what you pay for." Still, it makes one wonder. Even as a cheap shotgun, shouldn't it meet some form of standard? Let the buyer beware.

Hi there, Well, a lot of it depends on the type of accessories you're looking for, but you're right in questioning imported materials. I often recommend PrimaryArms to see what's popular and effective among legitimate brands. You can also check out Palmetto State Armory for ideas and from there you can see what you like and buy there or buy direct from the manufacturer.

How do you feel about the ATI AR-15 tactical accessories packages they put out? They look good, and the price seems to be right. But buying foreign for say like a Smith and Wesson AR may or may not be a good thing. Part fitment, durability, and overall quality are a big thing for me. And this being my first AR, I'd like to do it right the first time and not spend a lot for it. Thoughts????
