Hi Bill, thanks for reaching out. If you’re looking for reloadable 223 ammo, I recommend Federal American Eagle’s 55gr .223 Rem. Depending on your experience, 308 is way easier to reload than 300BLk. You should definitely look into Hornady Black Ammo for 308 shooting and reloading.

A targets center dot I myself am looking at the308 version or maybe the 300 blackout I reload for all calibers and would appreciate any feed back on the 223/5.56 ammo all in all we love this rifle

I’ve owned two . . . I regret giving them a second try . . . and neither would extract brass casings without doing work on the extractor. If you want a low end AR, stick with an M&P.
